Many parents in here let their children go to Ban Rom but I have not seen any detailed review post so I take the liberty to make a new post so that the parents can go later 🙂 My family goes by themselves, not with any group.
-Location:
Quang Tien Commune – Soc Son – Hanoi
-Transportation
Google will give detailed directions
+ Cars and motorbikes are easy to access
+ Bus: Take bus 56 at Nam bus station Thang Long. Stop at Duoc Thuong intersection and then take a taxi to go in. Walking in is a bit far because it must be about 5, 6km. Here many taxis pass. Or parents can find a taxi number in Soc Son and call first.

– Mothers who call or inbox will receive instructions love. 🤑🤑🤑🤑
– Entrance ticket: 50K. The information is that it is over 80cm to lose the ticket but there is something wrong with the height line :v so my group went to 5 families with 1 child each losing money, the rest 4 years old and younger are all free. (Hopefully after this post the height bar will not be lowered). Admission ticket includes 1 free drink (kumquat honey tea), free tea, tap water, free boiling water, cake making, visit to the breeding area, fishing, duck catching, playing sports and visiting attractions in the area…
Tickets for farmer experience games and folk games: 50K (My family doesn’t participate in this) Going home to calculate the cost for both mother and daughter is less than 300K burp (go bus, stay in tents, make your own BBQ)
🌞🌞🌞🌞 Games and activities: – Camping, BBQ: Bring your own tent, barbecue without charge – Movement games are distributed in a variety of ways. area (sasuke, monkey bridge, swing,…)
– Climbing: there are pine hills in the tourist area. Parents can let their children go hiking.
– Making floating cakes – Farmer experience + folk games: At first, I also wanted to buy a ticket to participate in this for my child, but after watching my friends in the other group go to dig potatoes that were already buried in the ground, my family I changed my mind :v
– Catching fish – Catching ducks – Feeding goats and cows, visiting hedgehogs and rabbits – Taking pictures
🥘🥘🥘🥘 Eating out: – Having a separate, spacious BBQ area. Families can prepare their own take away – There is a restaurant in the area. My sister’s review is not very good. Right outside there is Huong Tram restaurant with better food. I don’t eat here so I can’t comment. – 1 free drink with entrance ticket, free tea, tap water and filtered water. 🎪🎪🎪🎪🎪 – Bring your own tent – There are huts and camping tents for rent
🌼🌼🌼🌼 Overall rating: – 50K entrance ticket with basic games is too cheap. My family has not yet let the children go. I wanted to let my children go hiking again but couldn’t do it. – Spacious, with many trees, with spaces close to nature. This point, I appreciate more than Detrang farm. – Enthusiastic staff. Although my family does not use other services in the area, but asking many questions is still answered enthusiastically. – A bit noisy compared to my house. Because there’s a big stage to hold events for large groups, I also don’t like it much, so I don’t like it very much 😀 – The fish tank is okay. Tilapia got hit too much by the fish, so 1/2 was in a state of yawn, 1/2 died. My house doesn’t forbid it, so I accept it. The children played forever, only 1 girl came out to ask for a dead fish :-< – The experience of being a farmer is too formal 😀 But to be honest, with the ticket price of 50K, I did not expect more. – I was a bit expecting at the livestock farm, so I was a bit disappointed when I arrived because it was too small. Basically the last trip to Detrang farm too many animals =)) But the entrance fee here is 50K, so that’s probably fine. Moreover, the children do not need much 🙂 My overall assessment is that it is still a suitable place to hang out for children and families, fun and very cheap. Please finish 🙂
